Apr\u00e8s 11 ans, il a fait la transition vers la division <a href=\"https:\/\/renotec.be\/fr\/specialisation\/renovation-energetique\/\">R\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>a. Pourquoi as-tu d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de changer de division ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler chez Renotec d\u00e8s la fin de mes \u00e9tudes. Apr\u00e8s 11 ans, j&#8217;ai eu envie de relever un nouveau d\u00e9fi et d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer mes comp\u00e9tences. En m\u00eame temps, il y a toujours des possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 saisir chez Renotec. <em>En fin de compte, ici : 1 + 1 = 3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>b. Comment l&#8217;organisation t&#8217;a-t-elle soutenu lors de ce changement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement accueilli \u00e0 bras ouverts. Comme il s&#8217;agissait d&#8217;un changement interne, tous les visages \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 connus pour moi. Les principes et les processus restaient les m\u00eames. La transition est moins difficile qu&#8217;on pourrait le penser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c. Quelles sont les comp\u00e9tences que tu as acquises dans ton nouveau r\u00f4le ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Surtout \u00e0 composer avec diff\u00e9rents types de clients et de personnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>d. Comment le changement a-t-il affect\u00e9 ton parcours professionnel et ton d\u00e9veloppement personnel ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je d\u00e9couvre des techniques et des points de qualit\u00e9 que je ne connaissais pas auparavant. Il faut se documenter et \u00eatre tr\u00e8s ouvert \u00e0 tout le monde pour apprendre rapidement. Votre univers s&#8217;\u00e9largit aussi un peu plus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>e. Qu&#8217;est-ce que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res faire dans ta nouvelle fonction et pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9velopper une division avec des coll\u00e8gues, c&#8217;est super. Cette ann\u00e9e, il a fait la transition du poste de chef de projet principal dans la division <a href=\"https:\/\/renotec.be\/fr\/specialisatie\/renovationdubeton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">G\u00e9nie civil<\/a> \u00e0 celui de coordinateur technique (CT) pour nos TSU (technical service units).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong> a. Pourquoi as-tu d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de changer de division et de fonction ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La fonction de CT est nouvelle. La direction m&#8217;a demand\u00e9 si ce poste m&#8217;int\u00e9ressait. Avec mon sac \u00e0 dos bien rempli de connaissances techniques et d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience, cela me donne l&#8217;occasion de mieux soutenir les collaborateurs (plus jeunes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>b.
