dans la roche<\/strong><\/h2>\nLe tunnel ferroviaire d&#8217;Ensival, une section de la commune de Verviers, avec ses 380 m\u00e8tres de long, a \u00e9t\u00e9 creus\u00e9 en grande partie dans un rocher. <span>En raison des cavit\u00e9s qui se creusent dans la roche, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne pouvait plus \u00eatre garantie et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.infrabel.be\/\">Infrabel<\/a>, le gestionnaire de l&#8217;infrastructure ferroviaire, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te.<\/span>\u00a0Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 scind\u00e9s en 2 phases. La premi\u00e8re phase a eu lieu du 17\/06 au 26\/08 et la seconde du 26\/08 au 17\/11.\n\nLa premi\u00e8re t\u00e2che \u00e9tait de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Avant de d\u00e9buter les travaux de d\u00e9molition, nous avons effectu\u00e9 des <span><a href=\"https:\/\/renotec.be\/fr\/comp%C3%A9tencescl%C3%A9s\/injections-de-beton\/\">travaux d&#8217;injection<\/a><\/span>. Les cavit\u00e9s et les fissures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 combl\u00e9es par des injections de b\u00e9ton. Ensuite, nous avons pu retirer les parties en mauvais \u00e9tat, appliquer le <span><a href=\"https:\/\/renotec.be\/fr\/comp%C3%A9tencescl%C3%A9s\/injections-de-beton\/\">b\u00e9ton projet\u00e9<\/a><\/span> jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 20 cm et passer \u00e0 la phase de finition, y compris l&#8217;armature du b\u00e9ton.\n\nLe tunnel dispose aussi de diff\u00e9rentes niches. Elles sont utilis\u00e9es par le personnel ferroviaire pendant les travaux de maintenance. Ces niches ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9es et indiqu\u00e9es sur la paroi du tunnel via des marquages.\n<h2><strong>Des \u00e9quipes successives<\/strong><\/h2>\nComme le tunnel ferroviaire est rest\u00e9 en service pendant une partie de la r\u00e9novation, une bonne planification \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire. Les travaux de d\u00e9molition, les injections, la pose de l&#8217;armement et les r\u00e9parations du b\u00e9ton devaient se succ\u00e9der sans interruption. Nous avons travaill\u00e9 en diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes. Par ailleurs, nous avons poursuivi les travaux pendant les cong\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent. Et ce, pour respecter l&#8217;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance et limiter au maximum les perturbations du trafic ferroviaire.\n<h2><strong>Safety First<\/strong><\/h2>\nLa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est essentielle pour Renotec. Une bonne planification et la d\u00e9limitation des voies en activit\u00e9 \u00e9taient indispensables pour ce projet. Mais nous avons aussi utilis\u00e9 des masques sp\u00e9ciaux pour pulv\u00e9riser le b\u00e9ton dans le tunnel ferroviaire. Ce masque int\u00e9gral dispose de son propre ventilateur, fix\u00e9 sur une ceinture \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re, afin que les travailleurs puissent conserver leur flexibilit\u00e9. Ce ventilateur est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;un filtre sp\u00e9cial P3 qui assure la protection contre la poussi\u00e8re de quartz. Contrairement aux masques en papier, les travailleurs sont enti\u00e8rement prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par le nouveau maque et n&#8217;ont aucune irritation due \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re au niveau de la t\u00eate.\n<h2><strong>Quelques chiffres<\/strong><\/h2>\nPour les amateurs, nous avons compil\u00e9 quelques chiffres impressionnants :\n<ul>\n \t<li>2100 m\u00b3 de mat\u00e9riaux anciens comme la
